10 ounces penne pasta, cooked |
1 pint cream |
4 tablespoons butter |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 cup romano cheese |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
1 teaspoon cayenne |
1 1/2 ounces butter, melted |
12 ounces chicken breasts, cooked and sliced |
1/2 cup sun-dried tomato |
1/2 cup green onion, chopped |
1/2 cup mushroom |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 ounce cream |
Directions:
1. Cheese sauce:. 2. Melt butter, add cream, salt, and pepper. 3. Remove from heat, add cheeses & cayenne, set aside. 4. Chicken:. 5. Combine melted butter, chicken, tomatoes, green onions, & mushrooms, salt, pepper, garlic powder in a hot saute pan. 6. Saute just until everything is hot. 7. Add cream and half the Romano sauce and allow to thicken. 8. Add Penne, toss, and serve. |
