Great with potatoes Ingredients:
4 cups roasted red peppers |
3 cups bacon – cooked finely chopped |
chili paste – to taste |
olive oil |
2 – 11 oz logs of goat cheese – softened |
1 quart sour cream |
salt & pepper – to taste |
Directions:
1. Puree peppers in olive oil; add bacon, chili paste, salt & pepper. Blend pepper mixture into sour cream & goat cheese; Season to taste with salt & pepper. Chill well before serving. |
