Hummus is quick and easy to prepare. Use as a dip for veggies or crackers, or on sandwiches or wraps. Ingredients:
1 20 oz can chickpeas |
3 cloves of garlic |
2 roasted red peppers |
2 roasted jalapeƱo peppers |
3 t. extra virgin olive oil |
2 t. tahini (sesame paste) |
juice of 1 lemon |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. In a food processor combine all ingredients except chickpeas and blend until smooth. Add chickpeas, and blend until smooth. 2. Enjoy |
