Hummus is quick and easy to prepare. Use as a dip for veggies or crackers, or on sandwiches or wraps.
Ingredients:
1 20 oz can chickpeas
3 cloves of garlic
2 roasted red peppers
2 roasted jalapeƱo peppers
3 t. extra virgin olive oil
2 t. tahini (sesame paste)
juice of 1 lemon
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a food processor combine all ingredients except chickpeas and blend until smooth. Add chickpeas, and blend until smooth.
