80 g chickpeas (1 cups, or 1/2 can #16057) |
1 tbsp lemon juice |
1 tsp olive oil |
3 g (1 tsp) maple sugar flakes |
1 tsp cumin |
1/4 tsp coriander, ground |
1/8 tsp cinnamon, ground |
1/8 tsp black pepper |
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425F 2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, toss well 3. Spread chickpea mixtur eon foil-lined baking sheet 4. Put in oven, roasting for 20 to 25 minutes; toss mixture about halfway through 5. When chickpeas are dark brown in spots, remove from the oven and let cool 6. Store in airtight container in refrigerator |
