This is so easy to prepareand the smell in the house drove us crazy. I served it with Sharon123's Broiled Zucchini with Herbs #47755 and Bev's Buttermilk Roasted Potatoes #45033 and Tebo's Lime Bananas #76421 for dessert. The perfect meal. Ingredients:
5 -6 lbs pork roast |
1/4 cup melted butter |
2 tablespoons flour |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon dry mustard |
4 tablespoons cracked pepper |
1 tablespoon mustard seeds |
2 teaspoons brown sugar |
2 teaspoons thyme |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and smooth on top of the raw pork roast. 2. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for approximately 2 1/2 hours (covered with foil or roast pan lid). 3. Remove the foil or roast pan lid and continue to roast for abother 1/2 hour. 4. Remove from the oven and let stand 20 minutes before carving. |
