1/2 cup drained canned peeled roasted red peppers |
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt |
1/2 teaspoon hot chili flakes |
1 peeled clove garlic |
1/4 cup regular or reduced-fat mayonnaise |
salt |
Directions:
1. In a blender or food processor, whirl red peppers, yogurt, chili flakes, and garlic until smooth. Scrape into a bowl and whisk in mayonnaise and salt to taste. 2. Nutritional analysis per tablespoon. |
