This simple dish has become one of our favorites. It does require fridge time for marinating. Ingredients:
4 pounds whole wings |
3/4 cup hot pepper sauce (we like frank's) |
1/4 cup melted butter |
3 tbs. cider vinegar |
1 envelope ranch dressing mix (salad, not the dip) |
1/2 tsp. paprika |
Directions:
1. Remove wing tips and cut wings at the joint. If you have the time, it's also nice to remove the skin. In a gallon size zip lock bag, combine the hot sauce, butter and vinegar. Add the wings and seal. Toss to be certain all the wings are coated. Refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours. (We like to marinate them overnight to really get that flavor in there.) 2. Place on 15 x 10 x 1 baking sheets, lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with dressing mix and paprika. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. |
