A spicy addition to your popadums !
Ingredients:
1 medium sized cucumber, grated
handful of fresh coriander, finely chopped
300ml natural yoghurt
2 whole green chillies (optional)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp mint sauce
1 tsp roasted crushed cumin seeds
3 cloves garlic
Directions:
1. Grate and squeeze as much water as you can out of the cucumber.
2. Place this with the rest of the ingredients in your serving vessel and mix.
3. Add sugar and salt to taste if the yoghurt is very sour add 1 tablespoon of milk
4. Serve with your favourite starter.
