Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin puree |
1 1/2 cups canned chick-peas, drained and rinsed |
3 tablespoons tahini (sesame paste) |
1 clove garlic |
1 teaspoon cayenne |
1 teaspoon cumin |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Blend pumpkin puree and checkpeas until smooth in a food processor, add remaining ingredients to mixture, blend until smooth. 2. Serve with pita chips. |
