Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) butter, softened |
1 cup(s) canned pumpkin |
2 teaspoon(s) pumpkin pie spice |
1 cup(s) vanilla frosting |
1 box(es) yellow cake mix |
Directions:
1. heat oven to 375 and grease cookie sheets 2. mix dry cake mix & pumpkin pie spice and stir in pumpkin & butter until well blended 3. drop onto sheets - bake 11-12 minutes - cool & frost 4. Note: sometimes I like to add white chocolate chips and not frost or I will sometimes make a glaze with powdered sugar, milk and cinnamon instead of using a canned vanilla frosting |
