Flavorful and enjoyable Ingredients:
2/3 cup shortening |
1 2/3 cups sugar |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 1/4 cups pumpkin pulp (not pie filling) |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon allspice |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 1/2 cups flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
2/3 cup milk |
3/4 cup walnuts |
1 teaspoon ginger |
1 teaspoon nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Mix all together in 1 bowl. 2. Pour into greased 91/2 x13 x 2 pan. 3. To make 24 cup cakes, spoon batter into paper lined muffin pan. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes . 5. Less time for cup cakes, of course. |
