Serve as a side dish,garnished with fresh coriander leaves,if liked. Ingredients:
1 tbsp oil |
1 medium onion,sliced |
1 tsp ginger paste |
1 tsp garlic paste |
1 tsp crushed coriander |
1/2 tsp crushed red chillies |
1/2 tsp cumin seeds |
2 tsp sesame seeds,toasted |
450 g potatoes,boiled & chopped |
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in a large fryingpan.Stir-fry onion until soft. 2. Add the ginger,garlic,coriander,cumin,red chilli and sesame seeds and stir-fry for a further minute. 3. Add the potatoes and heat through,stirring continuously. 4. Serve hot. |
