Excellently spicy potato wedges that do really well with omelettes, BBQ or a chicken dinner. Great standby with great flavour! Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil |
1/2 tablespoon chili powder |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges about 1/4 inch thick |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl - toss potatoes well to coat. Arrange on a single layer onto stoneware for best results. 2. Bake at 400F for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden. |
