This is my all time favorite soup. Ingredients:
1-lb lean grounb beef |
4-cups water |
2-lg russett potatoes, cubed |
1 small onion - chopped |
2-tspn salt |
2 (8-oz) cans tomato sauce |
1-tspn pepper |
1/2-tspn la hot sauce |
Directions:
1. In a large pot, brown ground beef. 2. Drain and crumble. 3. Add back to pot with potatoes, onion and tomato sauce. 4. Stir in water, salt, pepper and hot sauce; bring to a boil. 5. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until the potatoes ar tender and the soup has thickened. 6. -Susana |
