Ready, Set, Cook! Reynolds Wrap Contest Entry. I was just throwing some veggies together to put on the grill, and this is now one of my favorite recipes. Ingredients:
4 medium red potatoes |
1 small onion |
1/4 cup red bell pepper |
1/4 cup green bell pepper |
1/4 cup orange bell pepper |
4 chili peppers |
1 1/2 cups fresh spinach |
2/3 cup cherry tomatoes |
1/2 cup zucchini |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons southwest chipotle seasoning |
1 teaspoon salt |
reynolds wrap foil |
Directions:
1. Cut stems off of spinach leafs. 2. Chop in med pieces potatoes, tomatoes, and zucchini. 3. Dice all other ingredients. 4. Mix all ingredients in med bowl. 5. separate in 4 to 6 portions and wrap in Reynolds Wrap cook on grill till tender. 6. To make it a meal can cook brats or sausage links on grill and chop in large chunks and place on top. |
