A favourite in our house. Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 kg potato, sliced |
1 onion, chopped |
1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper |
1 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in baking dish, add potatoes, onion and spices. 2. Stir over heat until coated with oil. 3. Bake, uncovered, in moderately hot oven 30 minutes, stir mixture, 4. Bake further 30 minutes or until potatoes are well browned and crisp. |
