To give pork a little zip, try this delicious rub. It is great grilled, baked or broiled. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
1 teaspoon dried marjoram |
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Store in a covered container. Rub over pork before grilling, baking or broiling. Yield: 2-1/2 teaspoons. |
