Came up with this by looking at what i had on hand and it was great. Ingredients:
2 lbs shredded pork |
1/2 teaspoon red pepper |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon soul seasoning |
1/2 cup water |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in large frying pan and cook for about 15 minutes or until hot. 2. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice. |
