1 medium onion(s), coarsely chopped |
1 medium pepper(s), green, bell, coarsely chopped |

1 tablespoon flour, all-purpose |
32 ounce(s) tomatoes, crushed, 2 cans |
1 can(s) beans, red kidney, 16-oz can |
1 can(s) tomato sauce, 8-oz can |
3 tablespoon chili powder |
1 tablespoon cumin, ground |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper, black |
1 1/2 cup(s) cheese, cheddar, shredded, (6 oz) |
8 tortilla(s), whole-wheat, low carb, optional |
Directions:
1. In a 4-quart Dutch oven cook pork, onion, green pepper, and garlic in hot oil until pork is browned. Stir in flour, mixing well. Add the remaining ingredients, except cheese and tortillas. Simmer, uncovered, one hour. 2. Top each serving with some of the cheese. Serve with tortillas if desired. |
