This zippy chili is a pleasant change from the triditional beef chili recipes. Ingredients:

1 pound ground pork |
2 large onions, chopped |
4 garlic cloves, minced |
1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped |
1 medium green pepper, chopped |
1 cup chopped celery |
2 cans ( 14 1/2 -oz each ) diced tomatoes with liquid |
1 can ( 16-oz ) kidney beans, rinsed and drained |
1 can ( 6-oz ) tomato paste |
3/4 cup water |
2 tsp. brown sugar |
1 tsp. dried oregano |
1 tsp. chili powder |
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes |
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper |
dash hot pepper sauce |
Directions:
1. In a dutch oven, brown pork and onions until pork is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the garlic, peppers and celery; cook for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Yields: 8 servings ( 2 1/2 quarts ) 2. Nutrition Values: Serving size 1 1/4 cups 3.
