Adapted from a Kraft recipe. Wonderful way to use pesto! For a fast supper - it was a hit in my house! Ingredients:
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
1/4 cup pesto sauce |
1/4 cup dijon mustard |
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Mix the mozzarella cheese, pesto sauce and mustard until well blended; set aside. 3. Place chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish. 4. Spread mustard mixture evenly over chicken; top with parmesan cheese. 5. BAKE 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. |
