Ingredients:
3 (7-inch) pita bread rounds |
olive oil-flavored vegetable cooking spray |
1 1/2 tablespoons salt-free spicy pepper seasoning |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Cut each pita round into 12 wedges. Coat both sides of wedges with cooking spray. 2. Combine seasoning and salt in a large heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bag; shake well. Add 6 pita wedges to bag; secure bag, and shake to coat wedges. Remove wedges from bag. Repeat procedure five times with remaining wedges and seasoning mixture. Place wedges on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 300° for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp. |
