Zesty, cheesy and delicious! Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package penne pasta |
1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary or 1/8 dried rosemary |
2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages pepperoni |
1/2 cup pepperoncini pepper |
1 (7 ounce) jar roasted sweet red peppers |
3 1/2 cups boiling water |
1/2 cup whipping cream |
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, layer the pasta, minced rosemary, halved pepperoni, sliced pepperocinis and chopped red peppers. 2. Add water; bring to a boil. 3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 12 minutes or until pasta is tender. 4. Add cream and parmesan cheese; toss to coat. |
