Just a quick appetizer - tasty and easy to make. Ingredients:
2 teaspoons canola oil |
2 cloves garlic, crushed |
2 cups unsalted peanuts |
2 teaspoons chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Heat oil. 2. Cook garlic until golden, then discard. 3. Stir in peanuts and chili powder. 4. Cook for 2 minutes until warm. 5. Drain on paper towels. 6. Sprinkle with salt. |
