Serve this over noodles, shredded cucumber, or as a dipping sauce for satay. Adjust spice to your liking. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon minced shallot |
2 teaspoons minced garlic |
1/2 cup peanut butter |
3 tablespoons sesame oil |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar |
1/4-1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper (to taste) |
1/3 cup chicken broth |
Directions:
1. In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth. 2. Add more peanut butter or chicken broth as needed. 3. The sauce should be pourable. |
