This recipe is from hillbilly housewife, a great site for frugal recipes. Our whole family loves this...next time, I must double the batch! Ingredients:
4 large baking potatoes |
2 tablespoons oil |
3 tablespoons flour |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450. 2. Put oil in 9x13 pan, swirl around. 3. Scrub potatoes. Cut each lengthwise into 8 wedges. 4. Combine flour and seasonings in a bowl or baggie. 5. Add potato wedges and shake or toss to coat. 6. Arrange skin-side-down in oiled pan. 7. Bake 35-40 minutes. |
