This recipe is from the George Foreman grill cookbook. Ingredients:
1/2 cup orange juice |
1/2 teaspoon orange zest, fine grated |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 garlic clove, fine chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small pan and simmer 3 miuntes over low heat. use immediately or store in airtight container in the fridge up to 1 week. |
