this is a heart healthy snack that everyone loves. this will keep, covered, for a week Ingredients:
2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon cumin |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne |
salt, pepper |
1/2 teaspoon allspice |
1 pinch onion salt |
2 cups peanuts or 2 cups hazelnuts |
1 cup pecans |
1/2 cup shelled sunflower seeds |
1/2 cup shelled pumpkin seeds |
2 tablespoons sesame seeds |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients in a large bowl. 2. preheat oven to 300. 3. line a baking pan with tin foil, spray with cooking spray. 4. spread the mixture in pan and bake for 15 minutes, stirring once. 5. cool in pan, about 15 minutes. |
