Spicy Mixed Nuts

All nuts should be whole and raw.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons peanut oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon low-sodium tamari
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 dash red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 cup whole almond
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup pecan halves
1 cup raw peanuts
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. When oil is hot, add garlic and saute until softened, about 10 seconds. Add soy saucy, cumin, curry powder, red-pepper flakes, and chili powder. Stir well. Add mixed nuts and stir until thoroughly coated with spices.
2. Transfer nut mix to a baking sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently to bake evenly. Remove from oven and cool. Store in an airtight container.
