A hardy soup that's a tad spicy and always a hit. Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey |
1 cup fat free cheese |
1 (8 ounce) can corn |
2 (8 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes |
1/2 cup diced onion |
1 (8 ounce) can vegetable broth |
1 (8 ounce) can pinto beans |
1 (8 ounce) can black beans |
1 tablespoon garlic |
1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil |
1 dash chili powder |
1 dash hot sauce |
Directions:
1. Sauté oil and garlic; turkey. 2. Brown turkey with hot sauce. 3. Cover. 4. Mix tomatoes, broth, beans and corn, in pot and bring to boil. 5. Add turkey, cheese, and chili powder. 6. Season to taste. |
