Spicy and tasty! This recipe is a reliable people-pleaser that I serve at parties, year round. I have yet to serve this without getting a request for the recipe! From BEST RECIPES: Holiday Party Food, Vol.2 Jan 1, 2002 Ingredients:
1 green onion, finely chopped |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh |
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish |
2 tablespoons ketchup |
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce |
1 garlic clove |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
2 lbs shrimp, cooked peeled and deveined |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a large bowl. 2. Add shrimp and toss to coat. 3. Cover and refrigerate 4-6 hours or overnight. 4. Transfer shrimp mixture to a serving bowl and serve with toothpicks. |
