Found this spicy treat on the internet! Ingredients:
1 large mango, peeled, destoned |
1/2 onion, chopped |
1/2 cup cold water |
1 -2 small chili pepper, minced (or to taste) |
1 lime, juice of |
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender & process until smooth & creamy, adding more water, if needed. 2. Chill before serving. |
