Ingredients:
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil |
1 tablespoon honey |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper |
1 large mango |
Directions:
1. Preheat grill to high heat. Combine olive oil, honey, salt, and ground red pepper in a small bowl. Peel mango, and cut lengthwise into 4 slices; toss with honey mixture. Grill 4 minutes on each side or until lightly charred and softened. Cut crosswise into 1/2-inch-thick slices. |
