This is a nice sweet and spicy style salsa. You can easily adjust the heat of the salsa by adding or reducing the amount of red pepper you put in. This was on the back of a Wheat Thins box, and it does go really well with them!
Ingredients:
1 cup plum tomato, chopped
11 ounces mandarin orange segments, drained
1 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-size bowl and mix well.
