adapted from Taste of Thai - adapt directions Malt vinegar has a special flavor that goes well with fried foods. In this sauce, you get the unique flavor of malt together with the Thai influence of chilies, Fish Sauce and cilantro. Ingredients:
1/4 cup malt vinegar |
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped |
2 teaspoons red chili peppers, minced |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
2 tablespoons fish sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine malt vinegar, cilantro, minced red chili peppers, soy sauce, brown sugar and Fish Sauce. 2. Mix together well. |
