Spicy Lo Mein Noodles

This spicy lo mein can be served alone as a side dish, or with meat and veggies as a main dish. Every time I have made it, I wished I had made more, it goes very quickly.
Ingredients:
1 pound linguine
1/2 tsp- 1 tsp, (or more if you like it hot) cayenne pepper
3 cloves garlic minced
about 3-4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
about 3 tsp.toasted sesame seed oil
3/4 cup light soy sauce
2 tsp. peanut butter
chopped chives
2 tsp sesame seeds
optional: peanuts, cashews, water chestnuts, bean sprouts,sauteed veggies, or cooked shrimp or beef
Directions:
1. Toast sesame seeds, (can be done in toaster oven, or the sauce pan)
2. While water is cooking for linguine
3. heat oils in sauce pan
4. add garlic and saute until garlic is soft
5. add toasted sesame seeds and cayenne pepper
6. add soy sauce and peanut butter, simmer on low.
7. Cook linguine until al dente, drain and put in a big pasta bowl.
8. Pour sauce over pasta and toss, top with chives. If need more sauce, add a little water to it before pouring over pasta..
9. Add any optional ingredients depending on whom you are feeding!
10. WARNING: Make sure no one eating this is allergic to peanuts, or have an epi pen on hand...
