Use remaining vinaigrette over salad greens or drizzled over fish. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
2 tablespoons honey |
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/3 cup olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon chipotle in adobo sauce (optional) |
Directions:
1. Process first 6 ingredients and chipotle in adobo sauce, if desired, in a blender until blended. |
