Spicy lentils with red pepper Ingredients:
150 g lentils |
2 potato |
1/2 red pepper |
1 carrot |
1 onion |
1 garlic clove |
1 tsp olive oil |
3 tsp paprika |
1 tsp cumin |
Directions:
1. Fry the garlic cloves and the onion, add paprika. Leave for 30 seconds, add water and stir. Leave for later. 2. In a pot fry with 1 tsp of olive oil the carrot and pepper finely chopped, add the lentils and cover with water. 3. Add the garlic and onion when the lentils and potatoes are soft enough. |
