Spicy Lemon and Paprika Aioli |

Great with fish, fish cakes, crab cakes Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise |
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice |
6 cloves garlic, minced |
1 1/2 tablespoons tomato paste |
1 1/2 teaspoons hot smoked spanish paprika (pimentón de la vera, or 1 1/2 teaspoons hungarian sweet paprika and 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl; whisk to blend. 2. Season aioli to taste with salt and pepper. 3. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.). |
