Spicy Lamb and Vegetables |

Sweet and spicy combo, my husband really enjoys this Ingredients:
2 cups hot cooked rice |
1 lb ground lamb |
1 onion, cut in wedges |
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can italian stewed tomatoes |
2 medium carrots, pared and sliced diagonally |
1/4 cup peach chutney |
1/2 cup green pepper, cut into strips |
Directions:
1. In skillet, brown meat with onions and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Add tomatoes, carrots and chutney. Cover and cook 15 minutes. Add green pepper and cook uncovered over medium-high heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot cooked rice. |
