Pretty spicy, so to calm it down use less of the jalapenos. Ingredients:
14 1/2 oz college inn light & fat free chicken broth 50% less sodium |
3 1/2 oz sliced red pickled jalapeno peppers |
1 large tomato |
1 large red bell pepper |
1 medium yellow onion |
14 1/2 oz cut green beans - no salt added |
1/2 lb turkey kielbasa |
1/2 cup skim milk |
1 tbsp black pepper |
1 tbsp salt |
1/8 cup paprika |
1/8 cup ground mustard |
1 tbsp curry |
1 tbsp sage |
1 tbsp parsley |
2 medium potatoes |
Directions:
1. Brown halved and sliced kielbasa in pan. 2. Dice all raw vegetables and spices, slowly adding in order as listed. 3. Add broth before milk. 4. Bring to boil, lower heat, and cover, simmering 30-35 minutes. |
