Ingredients:
8 carrots, grated
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon oil
1 pinch fennel seed
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon salt
1 chili
1 tablespoon coconut
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
Directions:
1. put in butter with oil in pan.
2. get hot.
3. add spices.
4. add carrots saute for 15 minutes( i needed to add a little water here ).
5. until soft.
6. add coconut serve.
