Spicy Hot Wings, Low Carb |

This is a yummy appetizer and it's also low in carbs! Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken wings |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
2 -5 tablespoons hot pepper sauce |
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Place wings in a greased 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Combine butter, hot pepper sauce, garlic salt and paprika; pour over wings. Bake at 275 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn; bake 20-25 minutes longer or until chicken juices run clear. Drain wings. Serve with blue cheese dip and celery if desired (or, I prefer with ranch!). :). |
