I found this recipe in Southern Living magazine. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping. Ingredients:
2/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream |
3 tablespoons horseradish |
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper |
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl. 2. Cover and chill 1 hour or up to 3 days. |
