this sounds great! Ingredients:
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/2 teaspoon sage |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 lb chicken breast |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine cumin, sage, ginger, pepper and salt. Rub mixture over rinsed and dried chicken. Cut into 1/2 strips. 2. Heat a large skiller over medium high heat. Add oil to skillet. Cook chicken 3-5 minutes, until nearly cooked through. 3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey and soy sauce. Stir into chicken, increase heat to high and cook for 1-2 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. |
