1/2 cup hoisin sauce |
1 teaspoon grated ginger |
4 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil |
1/2 teaspoon sambal oelek or 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 tablespoon rice vinegar |
8 chicken thighs |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 500. 2. mix all ingredients, except chicken and coat chicken all over. 3. arrange skin side up in a pan lined with foil. 4. roast until chicken is cooked through and glaze is brown, about 20-30 minutes. |
