For pork chops, chicken or any meat. Ingredients:
12 ounces guava paste |
1/4 cup red wine |
1/2 cup orange juice |
1/4 cup lime juice |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced |
5 tablespoons honey |
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce, sweet & spicy sauce |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Cut the guava paste into cubes. 2. Combine all ingredients and simmer on low heat, stiring ocacionally for 15-20 minutes until guava paste dissolve. 3. Let cool. |
