Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef, 90/10
1/2 cup quinoa
14 ounce tomatoes (with chilis)
1/2 green pepper, chopped
6 cabbage leaves
Directions:
1. Brown and drain beef
2. sautee pepper
3. add tomatoes and cooked quinoa until heated
4. cut spine from cabbage to create 2 wraps per leaf
5. wrap beef mixture and secure with toothpick
