1 lb ground beef, 90/10 |
1/2 cup quinoa |
14 ounce tomatoes (with chilis) |
1/2 green pepper, chopped |
6 cabbage leaves |
Directions:
1. Brown and drain beef 2. sautee pepper 3. add tomatoes and cooked quinoa until heated 4. cut spine from cabbage to create 2 wraps per leaf 5. wrap beef mixture and secure with toothpick |
