Ingredients:
1/4 cup nonfat mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (about 1 small lime) |
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic (about 1/2 clove) |
4 (4-ounce) tuna steaks |
vegetable cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Brush mayonnaise mixture on both sides of fish. Place fish in a shallow dish; cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes. 2. Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals (350° to 400°). Arrange fish on rack; grill, covered, 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. |
