To prepare this easy grilled fish recipe, just coat the grouper fillets in a mixture of lemon juice and spices and grill for 8 to 10 minutes on each side. Ingredients:
4 (6-ounce) grouper fillets |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder |
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1 garlic clove, minced |
dash of ground red pepper |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Place fish in a shallow baking dish. Combine lemon juice and next 5 ingredients, stirring well; pour over fish. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes. 2. Prepare grill. 3. Remove fish from marinade, reserving marinade. Place marinade in a small saucepan; bring to a boil, and set aside. 4. Place fish in a grill basket coated with cooking spray; grill 10 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting often with reserved marinade. Serve immediately. |
